Dr. Kate Brockman
Family Physician
Dr. Kate Brockman is a Family Physician based in Calgary, Alberta. She completed medical school at the University of Calgary, followed by a residency in Rural Family Medicine across southern Alberta. Before pursuing medicine, she earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto, respectively.
Dr. Brockman maintains a broad scope of practice, balancing her work in Family Medicine with roles in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine to keep her acute care skills sharp. She has a strong interest in preventative health, women’s health, and mental health.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Brockman is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine, where she is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.

Born and raised in Calgary, she enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, gardening, and walking her dog. Outside of work, she loves cooking and cherishes time with her two young children.
