Nicole Nguyen

Registered Nurse

Nicole was born and raised in Calgary. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta before returning to Calgary to begin her career in long-term care, where she discovered a passion for working with older adults.

With extensive experience supporting individuals with complex health needs and dementia, Nicole has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of care for older adults. She has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve health outcomes. As a previous Program Manager, she provided leadership in care delivery, program development, and quality improvement initiatives within the long-term care setting.

Nicole is excited to bring her clinical expertise, leadership experience, and passion for patient care to her role at Advanced Primary Care.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys attending spin classes, playing volleyball, exploring new crafts, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her guinea pigs.
